Order Processing
The following are the estimated process and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us to get the confirmation.
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
How long will take for my package to be delivered?
Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers/suppliers in China and sometimes depending on the courier it will take about 3 to 4 weeks or longer for your package to be delivered especially during the current pandemic conditions that we're in.
Standard Shipping
For orders under $250, customers will pay shipping charges. Standard free U.S. shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 states on orders over $50 (excluding HI & AK).
Standard shipping time in the U.S. may vary depending on where the package is being sent to. Standard shipping is the average shipping service, not overnight expensive rates.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, EELEM is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship your package.
You, the customer is responsible for all taxes and duties (including a tariff on imports between sovereign states). imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charges for the original shipping.
If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local USPS.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
