Can we request for tax-exempt status?
Yes, Please submit your tax-exempt form orders@eelem.com once we verified your status we will make sure you're not charged for taxes upon check out.
How do I check my order status?
Logging into your account and clicking on "Orders". This is the fastest way to get information about your EELEM online order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking on the link, you'll be able to check the status of your order once it is in transit.
